Guild Introduction

Please keep in mind that Sparda is a "raiding" guild. If your application is written half-assed then we will treat you like a half-assed player. Incomplete Applications will not even be considered.

Raider requirements: Must be level 80; always come prepared with consumables, repair money, and a good attitude; not be an idiot; able to multi-task within a raiding enviroment; maintain a high raid attendance of a minimum of 80%; have the best possible gear available to you that is enchanted/gemmed intelligently for raiding; perform exceptionally well and know all aspects of your class (we aren't here to teach you how to play); accept criticism; show initiative on improving any of your weaknesses. Players who pvp is a huge plus.

Also, this is a very mature oriented guild where lude/crude/rude jokes are constantly abundant. If you are sensitive to some forms of humor...this isn't the guild for you!

We raid 5 nights a week, starting at 12:30 AM EST, and are usually done by 4:30 AM EST. You absolutely have to be able to handle this kind of raid schedule if you are interested in joining.

If you fail to read or follow any of these instruction/information, you can already count yourself out of a possible trial. We don't want or need anyone who can't even follow simple instructions!

How often do you play outside of scheduled raids? How long have you been playing WoW? Do you intend to play long-term? (Required)
What guilds have you been in and for how long? Why did you or why do you want to leave your current guild? (Required)
Why do you want to join Sparda? What are the other guilds you applied to? If so, any particular reason why you are applying to multiple guilds? (Required)
Who referred you and/or on what site did you find our recruitment post? (Required)
List all your progression in both WotLK and TBC, Be sure to list any hard modes. Please indicate pre and post-nerf progress in detail. (Required)
What role(s) do you usually fulfill while raiding? Please describe your duties in detail. (Required)
What is your DPS/HPS/TPS? Please list a sample rotation and explain why you use that rotation. If you do not have a set rotation then please explain which spells you use and why. Please be very specific. (Required)

What are your most important stats and why? Please be very specific. List your most important stats in order. Which glyphs do you use and why? Please be very specific. (Required)
Are you aware of any changes to your class being introduced in any upcoming patches? How do you plan to adjust? (Required)
Which add-ons do you use and why? Please be very specific. Provide a link to a screenshot of your UI. Are you willing to pick up new add-ons? (Required)
How much experience do you have in PVP, specifically Arena? Are you capable of fast reactions and making on-the-fly decisions? (Required)
There will be bench time. Everyone will have to sit at some point. Are you okay with this? (Required)

How are you connected to your network (Cable, DSL, other) and wireless or wired? Average latency while raiding? Please post a speed test from http://www.speedtest.net for the Seattle location. (Required)
Do you have vent and a working headset? Please list the hardware specifications of your computer and the average FPS you have on a boss encounter. (Required)
Do you understand that you must be on par with our core raiders (Survivability, Dps, Healing, Attendance and overall intelligence) to earn a spot in our raiding roster? When are you able to transfer if approved? (Required)
